GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — A skydiver who was stuck in a tree for an unknown amount of time was helped out by mutiple departments earlier tonight.
Sunday evening, the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, along with Grand Haven Township Fire and North Ottawa Ambulance, went to 15080 Coleman looking for a sky diver who had become entangled in a large tree.
The sky diver was about 75 feet off the ground in the tree.
Officers from the Fire unit were able to reach the subject with climbing gear and a ladder before freeing the skydiver from the parachute and the tree.
The skydiver suffered no injuries.
