GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — A psychologist in Grand Haven was arrested Wednesday on a criminal sexual conduct charge.
William Kooistra, 57, is charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct by a mental health professional. It is punishable by up to two years in prison.
Investigators say the arrest follows a lengthy investigation and is related to his practice as a clinical psychologist but didn’t provide any further details.
