OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — Ottawa County’s unemployment rate has increased slightly since November, along with the statewide unemployment rate, according to a news release Monday.
The rate has decreased from a high of 20.9% in April to 3.7% in December, however.
Since November, the rate has increased 0.5 percentage points.
This is currently the third-lowest unemployment rate in Michigan, with rates ranging from 12.6% in Mackinac County to 3.6% in Washtenaw County.
