HOLLAND, Mich. — Tulip Time Festival is accepting applications for this year’s Virtual Artisan Market – and the deadline is quickly approaching.

Based on current health guidelines, festival organizers moved the market, which typically hosts 200 vendors and thousands of visitors, to an online format, according to a news release Wednesday.

The Virtual Artisan Market will offer artists the opportunity to get their products in front of thousands of people for an extended period of time.

It’ll run from April 24 to May 9.

Organizers say TulipTime.com has historically received 400,000 visitors and 1.9 million page views, with the height of web traffic happening around April and May.

Facebook and Instagram followers number more than 49,000 and 6,900, respectively.

Concentrated promotion of the Virtual Artisan Market will happen across all these platforms.

The Virtual Artisan Market will be a juried show with acceptance information announced March 5.

The accepted artist virtual booth fee is $100 and will be due March 19.

Applications are due Feb. 28 and can be found here.
