LANSING, Mich. — Gov. Gretchen Whitmer held a news conference Thursday afternoon to discuss Michigan's economic recovery and steps her administration is proposing to help support businesses and employees.
She outlined a plan to incentivize businesses to raise their minimum wages, support working women and child care.
