WHEATLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Deputies responded to a crash involving one vehicle in Wheatland Township tonight.
The crash happened near Pine Lake Road on 30th Avenue, according to the Mecosta County Sheriff’s Office. They tell us a 40-year-old Barryton resident was driving north on 30th Avenue when he fell asleep and ran off of the road.
We’re told the man sustained minor injuries.
Police say EMS took him to McLaren Central Michigan Hospital following the incident.
