CORUNNA, Mich. — Michigan State Police have revealed details in the death of a man whose mutilated body was found in the home of his suspected killer.

Kevin Bacon was reported missing on Christmas when he didn’t return home for a family breakfast, according to WILX. Three days later, police went to 50-year-old Mark Latunski’s mid-Michigan home to see if Bacon was there.

When they went inside, they found Bacon naked and hanging from the ceiling. Police say Latunski admitted to killing Bacon by stabbing him and cutting his throat.

Latunski also admitted to mutilating Bacon’s body and eating some of the parts, investigators said.

Troopers said Bacon went to meet Latunski on Dec. 24 after they connected through a dating app.
