MEARS, Mich. — An 18-year-old woman was airlifted to the hospital Sunday after a rollover crash at Silver Lake State Park.
The Oceana County Sheriff's Office told FOX 17 calls came in around 12:45 p.m.
Investigators found Natalee Noel was driving an ORV up a large dune behind the test hill at a high speed, going airborne as she crested the top.
She hit the handlebars as the vehicle came down and began to roll, and she was thrown off.
EMTs helped stabilize Noel until they could safely get her into the waiting helicopter.
Her condition is not clear as of the publishing of this article.
