ST. JOSEPH, Mich. — A 36-year-old St. Joseph man was arrested in connection to possessing child sexually abusive material and computer crimes, according to a news release Monday.
Alexander Paul-Ticknor Rendell was arrested Jan. 29 and has been charged with aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material.
The investigation was initiated by the Fifth District Computer Crimes Unit in Coldwater when an individual was found to be downloading a large amount of child sexually abusive material.
A search warrant was conducted at Rendell’s home and police seized digital evidence, as well as conducted an interview.
The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office helped with the investigation and search warrant.
