ST. JOSEPH, Mich. — Police responded to alarms set off at an Ace Hardware store on Niles Road in St. Joseph earlier this morning.
Authorities found damage dealt to the front doors upon arrival, according to the St. Joseph Charter Township Police Department. They say nine suspects and two suspect vehicles were identified in the store’s surveillance video.
We’re told one of the vehicles was located in Benton Harbor several hours later, at which two suspects were arrested. Police say they are not releasing their names presently, as they are juveniles.
The incident is currently under investigation.
