PARK TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police attempted to stop a speeding vehicle near Michigan Avenue on US-131 early Thursday morning.
The suspect led a pursuit into Three Rivers, according to the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office.
We’re told the 20-year-old male from Three Rivers fled from his vehicle on Seventh Street. Police say he was eventually located and brought into custody with assistance from the Three Rivers Police Department.
The man was then lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail for traffic violations, possession of meth, and fleeing and eluding, according to authorities. We're also told he had outstanding warrants.
