LAWRENCE, Mich. — A forty-five-year-old Parchment resident is missing, and deputies say that he has a mild medical condition.

Jimmy Green was last heard from around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, when he was visiting some friends in the Village of Lawrence, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.

His friends say that Jimmy was helping them pick up sticks in a yard, when he walked away without saying anything.

Neighbors saw him walking westbound on St. Joseph Street at around 4:30 p.m., then he asked to borrow a phone to call his family in the area of E. James St. and Elizabeth St.

He is described as a "mild-mannered father" who has a form of Bell's Palsy, this giving him a slight speech impediment.

Green was last seen in a white t-shirt with khaki pants and a "military-style boonie hat."

He has green eyes with brown hair, and is 5'05" tall, weighing around 205 pounds.

Unlike his picture, he now has a full goatee and a mustache.

If you know anything about Jimmy Green's whereabouts, you are asked to call the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office at (269) 657-3101, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-342-7867, or Silent Observer at 269-343-2100.
