HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A passing driver came upon a man lying in the road on a rural part of Van Buren County overnight. Investigators believe the man had been ejected from his vehicle when it rolled over into several trees.
The man in the road, who was only identified as being 28 years old, had died at the scene.
The crash scene was found in the 94000 block of 54th Street southwest of Decatur, Mich., reported the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office.
Speed and alcohol are believed to have been factors in the crash.
