GOBLES, Mich. — A ski hill in Van Buren County opened Friday, giving West Michiganders a local option to go skiing or snowboarding.
Timber Ridge started blowing snow Dec. 12 and they’ve got a lot of powder out there.
They fired up their ski lifts at 3 p.m. Friday and are open until 9:30 p.m.
It’s just skiing and snowboarding right now, but they’ll open snow tubing once temperatures cool down more.
