DOUGLAS, Mich. — The city of Douglas wants you to know that Halloween isn't just for kids.
They'll be holding a parade for adults just to prove it!
The event is happening Saturday, October 30, at 10 p.m.
Parade participants will be lining up at 9:30 p.m. on Center Street.
