WASHINGTON — CommonHealth ACTION is offering online access to its Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion training program.
The course was developed to help participants incorporate equitable and inclusive exercises in their respective business settings, according to CommonHealth ACTION.
“Businesses throughout the country are intently seeking solutions to long-standing problems of racial injustice and ways to develop relationships that will make our society fair and effective,” says CEO Natalie S. Burke.
“Our EDI online course teaches people to analyze and design equitable policies, programs, and practices; encourages individual growth necessary to engage in equitable decisions, behaviors, and actions; and supports the development of authentic relationships across identities,” Burke adds.
The nonprofit says the course is priced at $399 per person and can be completed at one’s own pace across two months. Click here for more information.
