GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A West Michigan catering company is paying it forward for the holidays and asking for cookie donations to send to our soldiers overseas.
KJ Catering, located at 1808 Monroe Avenue Suite B in Grand Rapids, is asking for people to bake cookies in your home and drop them off at their business on December 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or December 12 from 9 to 11 a.m.
The cookies will then be shipped on Monday, December 14. Organizers ask you to refrain from making cookies that need to be refrigerated.
Last year, the company was able to ship 144 dozen cookies and they want to double that in 2020.
