Under the Michigan Auto No-Fault reform, drivers will soon need to make a decision regarding the level of coverage they would like to purchase, a decision they have never made before.
In this segment, attorney Tom Sinas explains the coverage options that will be available to all Michigan drivers; Lifetime (uncapped) benefits, $500,000, or $250,000.
For more information about changes to Michigan’s Auto No-Fault Law, Tom has co-authored “Making Smart Choices: A Summary Guide to the New Auto No-Fault Law”, a free guide for Michigan residents that explains the upcoming changes, choices, and his recommendations, and he will continue to discuss this topic in next week’s Know the Law segment!
