(WXMI) — Ferris State picked up its second straight win on Saturday beating Ashland 43-3.
The Bulldogs' Taariik Brett ran the opening kickoff back 90 for a score and never looked back.
Ferris State put up 530 yards of total offense and the FSU defense held Ashland to 130 total yards.
The Bulldogs will have a bye on the schedule this coming week and return to play on Saturday, Sept. 28, with a long non-conference road contest at American International. Kickoff is set for noon.
