PORTAGE, Mich. — Tomas Layne would score two touchdowns in Portage Central's 21-7 win over Battle Creek Lakeview.
It's the Mustangs second win of the season over Lakeview as the program wins its first district title since 2013.
Portage Central will travel to South Lyon next week in a regional final.
