RICHLAND, Mich. — The Portage Central boys basketball team knocked off Gull Lake Tuesday night to improve to 9-0 on the season.
"I just take one game at a time," head coach Ray Robinson said. "We have a tough three game stretch starting with this one and I was going to use it like a three game tournament. Most coaches reaqlly don't look ahead like we are going to win this one, we are not going to win this one. Whenever everybody is healthy and going, and as you notice we have a lot of guys that can shoot the ball, it really opens up the floor and it is a fun brand of basketball to watch."
Now the Mustangs gets ready for a huge game that will decide first place in the SMAC West at home against Lakeshore on Friday night.
