WEST MICHIGAN — The forecast from FOX 17 Meteorologist Reece Cole: Scattered light rain showers continue this evening, with otherwise mostly cloudy skies! Precipitation will be light and spotty overnight. Cooler air settles into West Michigan tonight and tomorrow, bringing the chance of light rain showers and a few snowflakes mixed in. The chance of some light rain and snow persists into Saturday morning, with otherwise mostly cloudy skies. If any snow does accumulate between Friday and Saturday, it will be a light dusting which will melt quickly. Moments of sunshine return Saturday evening, with a mix of sun and clouds on Sunday. Cooler temperatures are likely on Friday and Saturday, with high temperatures only in the 40s. Temperatures gradually increase starting on Sunday, reaching the lower to middle 60s by next week! SATURDAY: Lingering early morning rain and snow showers possible, otherwise mostly cloudy to partly sunny in the afternoon. Highs in the near 40.

SUNDAY: Partly cloudy and warmer. Highs in the middle to upper 50s.

MONDAY: Partly cloudy with a passing shower possible. Highs in the lower 60s.
