Duo Charged In Back-To-Back Robberies

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Two men involved in back-to-back robberies were charged on Wednesday.

Freddy Villalobos, 18 and Miguel Arellano were arrested Tuesday after they allegedly attempted to rob the Butter Worth Party Store. A half hour later, the duo allegedly robbed Our Food Store.

Both suspects were charged with armed robbery, conspiracy to assault with intent to rob while armed, conspiracy armed robbery and assault with intent to rob while armed.

A prelim is set for both men on Jan. 17 at 1:30 p.m.

police are still looking for a third suspect in this case.
