GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The victim of Tuesday night’s shooting has been identified.

Gregory Woods Jr., 19, was shot after he answered a knock at the door at the 700 block of Neland Avenue SE.

Woods was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital where he later died of his injuries.

Officials are investigating this case.
