
MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. — A car crash on Jan. 12 related to icy roads has left one woman dead and two others injured.
According to police, a woman driving a Chevrolet Beretta eastbound lost control of her car and slid into oncoming traffic headed westbound and hit a Ford Escape.
The woman, Roxanne Fiedorowicz, was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger in her car, Kirk Creighton, was transported to Hackley Hospital and later transferred to Spectrum Health.
The driver of the Ford traveling westbound, Darren Flowers, had minor injuries and got medical attention on his own.
Police are continuing to investigate weather related factors as well as whether or not alcohol was a factor.

Research says that in most of the countries accidents are now more even found common; especially in highways and street roads. Several factors are responsible for road accidents such as speed factors, lack of driving skills and alcohol factor. But here we can found that icy roads are also responsible for fatal crashes.
