HEY CHAD, THE CAR BROKE DOWN WHILE TRYING TO CROSS THE TRACKS. THE WHEEL FELL OFF PREVENTING IT FROM MOVING. THE VEHICLE BROKE DOWN IN ADVANCE TO THE TRAIN SHOWING UP. NO stupidity here just bad luck.

Trains are not dangerous at all, if we are going to use your logic then we should ban cars. How often do you here of a train accident compared to a car accident?

Trains are fast now!! Travel is in demand! When you are stuck or broke down OVER any highway grade crossing YOU must report the issue by calling the police or number on the signal box!! No one is at fault just remember to stay off tracks and don't shift over a crossing!!! Train size does not matter a locomotive itself can do major damage! Lesson learned! EASY AND SIMPLE FOLKS!!!
