
DETROIT — Two children were among three people killed in a crash on I-75 in Detroit that involved possibly 35 vehicles, according to WJBK-TV.
The crashes involved as many as six semis, and 20 ambulances were needed to tend to the injured, said the TV station.
Stranded motorists were cared for in warming buses brought to the scene on the icy highway in southwest Detroit.
