GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – More than 170 organizations are already signed up to participate in Western Michigan University’s Career Fair a week in advance.

The fair will take place on Feb. 8, from about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fair will offer one-on-one interviews with internship candidates on Feb. 15 for a lucky few.

Now in its’ 35th year, WMU draws in about 3,000 job seekers all looking in career areas, such as  engineering, technology, healthcare and even government. Job seekers are recommended to research employers before hand, bring a copy of their resume and cover letter and dress in their favorite business attire.

Both organizations and job seekers can register for the fair through Feb. 8.
