Nestlé Prepared Foods Company announced Monday that they are recalling two production codes of Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli.

The food manufacturer decided to recall the product after three consumers reported that they found small pieces of glass in the ravioli portion of the entrée.

The production codes being recalled are 2311587812 and 2312587812. The best before date appears as DEC 2013.
