WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — The up and down weather continues this week in West Michigan, with a big warmup Monday, followed by a quick cooldown Tuesday. Rain on Monday will turn to snow Monday night.
The image shows how much snow is expected through 3:00 Tuesday afternoon. Most areas along and west of U.S. 131 will get 1 to 3 inches by that point. However, as winds will continue from the west during the overnight hours on Tuesday night, additional accumulations are likely.
Before the snow arrives, we have mild temperatures with rain developing on Monday. Most areas will be near 40 degrees, before falling back into the 20s for highs on Tuesday.
