HOLLAND, Mich — 28-Year-Old Matthew Ross Mahaney from the Holland area was charged Thursday in the Holland District Court on charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 3rd degree for his sexual involvement with a minor child.
On Wednesday Holland Police tracked Mahaney at the Wooden Shoe Motel where he was found with a 14 year Holland township girl who had willingly run away from her home with Mahaney.
Mahaneys’ bond has been set at $20,000.00 cash/surety. Mahaney was also arraigned on outstanding warrants as well: 3 Malicious Destruction of Property and 1 for assault and bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety on each charge.

How about ask them why they keep letting a known sex offender (Christopher Sanchez) get away with violating his probation by having multiple teenagers on his facebook page and walking on school grounds. they let him have custody of my son which I am now fighting for.

Bring back the old fashion stockade for pedophiles. place it at the center of town and let nature take its course.
