Alleged ‘Window Peeper’ Arrested in Kentwood

Clanford HowardKENTWOOD, Mich. — A 43-year-old man was charged with two counts of window peeping Wednesday after several complaints led to his arrest in Kentwood.

Clanford Anthony Howard is accused of peeping in the windows of both apartments and single family dwellings.  He was arrested Tuesday, July 2, after surveillance efforts from Kentwood Police.  At the time of his arrest, Howard was on probation and out on bond for similar crimes that occurred in Grand Rapids.  His bond was set at $5,000.

    Eew! What a creepy little weirdo! If he was caught doing something like that in a foreign land, They would cut out his eyes! Hope this escapee from a puzzle factory gets help!
