Misuse of 911 Causes Unnecessary Death

Commentary: EMS services are overused, especially in big cities. The unnecessary loss of life is tragic, and completely preventable.

    What catches me is i work at tacobell in battle creek mi and when the ems is ordering Food and get a call they ask so how fast can u make that seems like they would run out the door not wait for there food!!!

    Larry, I watch local news for a reason. Your piece on EMS in NY and other large cities only disparaged those who are first responders. It had no bearing on local responders and only encourages those who don’t listen or read closely to tar all those respond with the same tar of large cities. Shame on you for trying to disparage the name of all emergency responders.

    I think those individuals making post should learn how to use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling prior to posting.

    Why don’t we do a news piece on how the Public school system and uninvolved parents are creating a environment for ignorance in America?
