KENT COUNTY, Mich. (Sept. 3, 2013) — The Comstock Park couple accused of raping a 1-year-old girl and filming it were officially charged Tuesday in Kent County’s 63rd District Court.
Stevie Foehl, 27, and 25-year-old Michael Emory were arraigned on multiple charges, including first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Ottawa County authorities say that they discovered a video of the couple raping the toddler while investigating Emory for a separate incident involving the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old.
The two were arrested in Spartansburg County, South Carolina on Aug. 16 and extradited back to Kent County Aug. 30. They are each currently being held on a $1 million bond and are expected to be back in court for a preliminary hearing Sept. 11.
