I hate when they put could face 20 years as we all know it is 1 to 20 or less but now rob a Bank and you face LIFE.when is our society going to stop these molesters once and for all? People listen they passed laws back in the 80s early 90s to stop the drugs by making it mandatory life for Drugs. As wrong as drugs are the dealers are not forcing people to do anything they do not want to do?People will always be there to buy the drugs! Why cant we protect our children?WHY CAN THEY NOT MAKE IT MANDATORY LIFE FOR MESSING WITH A CHILD?The children look up to these adults to protect them!
Please I am tired of hearing daily about children being abused and molested by sick people it is not an illness it is something they know right from wrong.Contact you congress and senators about making new sentencing laws to protect our children. If they make it mandatory it may stop most of the molesters from acting out their perverted ways.

Very well stated Tracy, that's what the news media should also pick up on. I'm sure that most people do not know that this can be changed by congress and senators. Even bring it to the governor's attention, he seems to be on the band wagon to make changes on a lot of things.

Maybe you should contact MADD, they did a great job of making felons out of alcoholics. They definitely have the necessary contacts.

I am under 18. I have been in one of Nate' s choir since I was about 4. He has never tried anything at all with me or any of the younger, or older girls. I honestly believe that he couldn't have done any of this, and if he did, he doesn't deserve large charges.

I find it ever-wearisome when people just assume that a man or woman is guilty until proven innocent. In my opinion, two of the respondents on this post are guilty of such an egregious assumption.

In our courts, a presumption of innocence until proven guilty is a given. Unfortunately, the court of public opinion holds itself to a much lower standard.
