Missing Kalamazoo Woman’s Car Found in Indiana

PORTAGE, Ind. — The car of missing Kalamazoo woman Teleka Patrick was found abandoned last week on I-94 in Indiana, according to a Wednesday release from Indiana State Police.

The 30-year-old woman’s gold 1997 Lexus ES300 was found at approximately 10:15 p.m. CST Dec. 5 in a ditch on westbound I-94 near the Porter/Burns Harbor exit.

Patrick was reported missing Dec. 6 after failing to report for work in Kalamazoo.

She moved to Kalamazoo six months ago, and is currently a medical resident in psychiatry at Western Michigan University’s School of Medicine, according to her family.

Patrick is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 lbs. with black hair.
