Antiques Store Broken Into

generic police lightsSCHOOLCRAFT, Mich.- The Schoolcraft Police Department needs your help finding the person who broke into a business early Saturday morning.

It happened at Norma’s Antiques in the 200 block of North Grand Street just before 4 a.m. Officers say a suspect broke into the store but ran away before they got there. A K-9 dog was brought in and followed the suspect’s scent until the village limits on W Ave. Some collector coins were also found along the track.

Police say the suspect took antique money from the store. If you know anything about the break-in you’re being asked to call Schoolcraft Police at 269-679-5600 or Silent Observer at 343-2100.
