    • Please...

She was with her children and doing what she had to do. She wasn't on the highway. Now her kids do not have a mom b/c of this guys poor choices. My kids go to the same school as hers…we'll be praying for her family. And for you since you apparently have no heart.

That is the best statement anyone has posted. There were a number of poor choices made by all parties that came into play which resulted in this horrible incident and my thought and prayers go out to every single person affected by this tragedy.

Who the fuck do you think you are my cousin was a great woman and loved her kids so yes go fuck yourself and I hope you and your family never have to through what my family and I are going through

  • need some compassion

ran in the woods, what a coward.
how many other offences do you have under the influence?
I hope you get hit in the rear many times where your going!!
Was hit head on many years ago by a drunk, lucky to be here.
No where to run now coward!

  • need some compassion

many times of driving under influence…family saying he was a good guy please….why endanger others with your drunkenness.no different then shooting in a crowd maybe you will hit some one maybe you wont.others blaming Bar where he came from needing a babysitter to tell you your drunk.
they had flashers on too many people saw this.
As a woman you are no man as a human you are no human.
Hope your family likes visiting you in prison! The other family doesn't even have that option to see who they lost. What's sad is you will be taken care of better then a homeless person and not deserving of it as tax payers pay your bill.

    • need some compassion

he put his family through this. Not to be heartless. have another friend who was hit from behind her husband has TBI his family covered for this Kid he got nothing but probation I have no compassion towards that family either. He did this to his own family also.

What’s sickening is that after causing such an accident, he ran away to hide.. Like a coward, while some poor lady was dying in front of her family because he hit her with his vehicle! What kind of a “good person” runs away & leaves someone to die?

My guess is a very frightened and disoriented one. It is not something I believe I would have done, but I'm sure that was a horriffic scene to experience and until we each have encountered something of such a grave situation, not one of us would be able to definitively predict how we would react in a given situation.
