Case Against McDonald’s ‘No Bacon’ Shooter Moves to Circuit Court

torres mcdonalds shooterGRAND RAPIDS, Mich (February 21, 2014) – The case against a woman accused of firing a gun at McDonald’s workers after getting a drive-thru order that wasn’t right is now heading to felony court.

29-year-old Shaneka Monique Torres was bound over to circuit court on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, discharging a firearm at an occupied structure and felony firearms.

Investigators say Torres opened fire from the passenger seat of a car at the drive-thru of the McDonald’s on 28th Street near Madison Avenue earlier this month.

Investigators say Torres had ordered a burger with bacon, and when she got the order, it didn’t have bacon, leading to the shooting.

Nobody inside the McDonald’s was hurt.

Torres faces up to 7 years in prison if convicted.

Her friend will end up getting time for Lying under oath because how would she know it was an accident or not? Plus the gun was stolen and she was in possession and committed a felony so no matter what she gets 2 off the top in prison just for the gun. She has already showed how upset she was with her order earlier in the day if she even had a messed up order to begin with she probablyate the bacon and wanted more .Hope they throw the book at her and then get her friend for lying.
