GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police are investigating a double shooting on the southeast side Friday night.

At 8:55 p.m. Friday, the Grand Rapids Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at the intersection of Eastern Avenue SE and Oakdale Street SE. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found a male suffering from gunshot wounds lying in the intersection.

Shortly thereafter, another male showed up at St. Mary’s Hospital with gunshot wounds.

Police discovered a party going on nearby in the 600 block of Oakdale and found blood in the yard, blood in the driveway and blood in the house there.

Shell casings at the scene indicated more than one weapon was involved in the shootings.

The male who was found in the intersection was transported to the hospital via ambulance. He had been shot three times in the thigh and was listed in critical condition.

The male who showed up at St. Mary’s suffered a gunshot wound in the hand and had been grazed in the head and stomach by bullets. His injuries were not serious.

Police told FOX 17 NEWS that no suspect information was available.

    So the party continued …
That says everything that needs to be said.

Still think banning MY guns will stop the violence?
Or was that a NRA party ??

When will People say enough is enough and stand up and take our STREETS BACK. It just tears me up inside to wounder how the older generation That most of them FOUGHT to Protect this COUNTRY NOW THEY MUST SIT IN THERE HOMES AND LISTEN TO GUN FIRE. This is A time when theu are supposed to sit and relax. It is a Time like this that people say come on WINTER.

AND…the blame is being placed on everyone BUT those who are responsible.

Example: Bloomburg is spending $50 million of his own money to take away OUR gun rights under the guise of "public safety"
Every shooting is blamed on the NRA ( like gangsters are NRA members? )

The anti-gun nuts don't dare address the real issue, but they are quick to exploit it to push their agenda.
If the anti-gun lobby really "cared" they'd direct their efforts towards the criminals who are actually doing the shootings.
Some anti-gun Hollywood moonbat suggested that guns must be banned so criminals can't steal them from lawful gun owners…

no matter what, its always the fault of legal gun owners and NEVER the fault of the people who are committing the crimes.
