KENTWOOD, MICH.—The National Weather Services (NWS) says a tornado did damage Kentwood on Sunday evening when the storms passed through Kent County.
Trees were uprooted and roofs on homes crushed.
The NWS was out surveying damaged areas Monday morning and have come to the conclusion that the damage is from a tornado.
We will update you with the rate of the tornado Monday after the NWS holds a news conference.
