Store Clerk duct taped to chair in armed robbery

GRAND HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Mich.–Police are searching for two suspects after an armed robbery that happened early Saturday morning.

According to police, it happened at 17200 Robbins Rd., the Express Lane gas station in Grand Haven Township. At 2:55 a.m. witnesses say a black male and an unknown female entered the station. The man produced a hand gun, demanding an unknown amount of cash.

The female clerk was then tied to a chair with duct tape. The two suspects took off on foot with the money.

K9 units were unable to track them down.
