Hula hoop aerobics class comes to Grand Rapids
The class consists of cardio, strength training, dance, yoga, and hula hooping. No hoop is required to take the class, class instructor Audrina brings plenty of hoops from beginner to advanced for people to use.
Hooping is a fun way to spice up your regular fitness routine, targeting core muscles while still giving you a calorie burning workout.
