ZEELAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Two people were hospitalized Friday following a crash in Zeeland Township.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department, the two-vehicle crash happened just before 8 p.m. on 40th Avenue near I-196.
The teen was driving northbound on 40th when officials say he crossed the center line and collided head-on with another vehicle. He remains in serious condition.
The 25-year-old woman driving the other vehicle was also injured, but officials say she is now in stable condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
