BIG RAPIDS, Mich. -- Ferris State hockey is back at home this weekend to start their defense of their WCHA championship - and they couldn't be more comfortable in Big Rapids.
The seventh-ranked Bulldogs host Michigan Tech (RV) in games on Friday and Saturday at Ewigleben Arena to start conference play -- a building where Ferris State didn't lose a conference game in the 2013-2014 campaign, going 13-0-1.
The Bulldogs's current home unbeaten streak is 18 games (17-0-1).
