CALHOUN COUNTY, Mich. — Twenty pounds of marijuana has been seized from a home and one man is behind bars for resisting and obstructing Wednesday.

According to Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a single car crash on F Drive South near 22 1/2 Mile Road on Tuesday.

After looking into it further, the investigation led them to a residence in the 21000 block of F Drive South.

After they got consent to search the residence, they found 20 pounds of pot in the home. A 29-year-old was arrested for resisting and obstructing a police officer, and a warrant is being sought on the homeowner for possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
