(FOX 17) — Several West Michigan high school volleyball teams were competing in the MHSAA regional semifinals on Tuesday.
In Class A, Grand Haven defeated Northview 3-0 at Zeeland East High School. The Buccaneers will take on Hudsonville on Thursday after the Eagles defeated Byron Center 3-1.
In Class B, Whitehall topped Grant 3-1 setting up a match-up on Thursday with Forest Hills Eastern at Coopersville High School. The Hawks knocked off Holland Christian 3-0.
Also in Class B, 2013 State runners-up South Christian defeated Lakeview to set up a match-up with 2012 State champion Lake Odessa Lakewood.
