GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Tuesday afternoon, jury deliberation began in the Abigail Simon trial.
Closings arguments started and ended on Tuesday.
Simon was a tutor at Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School and is accused of having sex with a teenage student. The alleged victim was 15 at the time.
She faces five counts of criminal sexual conduct.
