GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–Michigan Blood was closed on Thanksgiving Day so one entire day of blood donations was missed.
Volunteer blood donors are in need to help the demand with area hospitals.
Michigan Blood is located at 1036 Fuller NE, Grand Rapids.
