WALKER, Mich. — Walker police have named a person of interest in the murder of 81-year-old Casey Wybenga.
Matthew Robert Brunn, a 29-year-old parole absconder, is believed to be connected to the crime and driving Wybenga’s 2005 light metallic green Ford station wagon/SUV crossover with Michigan Plate CEV8669.
Brunn has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 2004, including counterfeiting and forgery, larceny, stolen vehicle, and armed robbery.
